Posisi Lowongan Kerja : LEGAL OPERATION
(Jakarta Raya - KARAWACI-TANGERANG)

Responsibilities:

• Contract drafting, preparation and negotiation.
• Prepare legal advisory to other divisions within the company 
• Maintain contract and licenses of the company and its group
• Join necessary professional development meetings and workshops as directed by the Corporate Legal Division Head.
• Participate in corporate action and other major transaction as directed by the Corporate Legal Division Head.

Requirements:

• Male, preferable age 24 – 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Job role in Contracts Management or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Processing excellent English and Bahasa in speaking and writing.
• Understand the applicable Indonesian regulatory issues. 
• Familiar in drafting corporate and commercial contracts
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
• Computer literacy in office. 
• A personable manner, a desire to learn, leadership, the ability to work in a team, responsible and a down to earth approach in work and life.
• Willing to be placed at Karawaci Office
